I am so beyond impressed with the service I have received. I cannot believe a place like this exists! My nurse [name removed] at Bristol MSI was more than fantastic, and put me at so much ease during a really unsettling and challenging time. She was empathetic and reassuring, especially when I raised my concerns about an ovarian cyst (I also have really bad health anxiety). She was knowledgable and calming and I cannot sing her praises more! Thank you so much to all the staff who made me feel so supported and looked after during my visit. I also want to say that the counselling I received today by [name removed] was pretty life-changing. After just one session, [name removed] has made me see things so differently. It was so useful to chat to her and I honestly feel so bowled over by everything at MSI. Thank you!
