The only issue was the wait time. I found out on the 27 the September that I was pregnant, had to wait until the 7th of October just for a phone call, wait another week for a scan at Tower Hill, wait another week for a scan at MSI and then wait until the following Tuesday for the procedure. Experience at Tower Hill was ok apart from the fact the lady told me I had an appointment booked for the surgical procedure on Tuesday 26th, only to find out when I was at MSI that this had not been booked in. Making an already stressful situation a lot worse. Luckily there was a cancellation so it went ahead today but I don't think that was acceptable.
