AlL great however some were a little I'll informed on surgeries actual up to date diaries!

Service is easy and simple. Helpful people are around.

Should have been told someone else was listening in on the call, it was a surprise when a.different voice spoke. But I think they were training and that's understandable
- The site set-up isn't ideal but I'm aware that it's a relatively new site and very busy - despite this I don't feel the service and care I received was negatively affected and all staf made it work.
