Unprofessional and unprepared. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to write this bad review about my experience, I'm not the type of person to write a negative review like this, even if service/experience has been relatively poor, but I generally feel gobsmacked with how my consultation today went. After having been in fairly regular communication with Hakeem, I decided to go up to meet him for a consultation in London from Brighton, I noticed that the address I had been sent was not Harley Street but somewhere else, so decided to send Hakeem a text message on the way up to say I was looking forward to meeting with him later, and to ratify the address he had sent, he confirmed and left it at that. I arrived at the venue and waited in the waiting room. Someone else, whom I won't name, came down the stairs and asked for me, stating that he would be providing me with my consultation, not Hakeem. I really wanted it to be a successful consultation so shrugged it off and followed the replacement to an office upstairs. Here, I was given absolutely no information and was asked if I have any questions, I was then told that finasteride is the worst thing ever and that he knew a friend who hadn't been able to get an erection for 3 years, and that it would madness for me to go near it, " You're way too young, you're way too young" I was told. I am 27 FYI. I was then showed photos from a Whattsapp gallery, from what looked like a customer's private chat, of whom he is looking after (I even saw the name and face of said client!) Lastly, I asked who it is that performs the graft extraction. I was told that,"It starts with the Doctor, and then moves on to the technician, it's a really easy part of the procedure, jeez even i've done it" I genuinely couldn't believe my ears. To be frank there's more but this review is obviously going on a bit already. Really poor and I would generally consider myself to be the type of person to give the benefit of the doubt. Total and complete waste of time and money.

The initial consultation with Hakeem in Manchester was knowledgeable and filled me with confidence – he finally gave me the answers I wanted and I started my treatment. I was advised the FUE Procedure after 6 months my hair is a good as it ever was and it has given me back my confidence. Dr Rafik and his team are so welcoming and the clinic itself is lovely, very comfortable and private. My friends family and hair dressers have all commented on how much thicker and healthier my hair is - Highly recommended. IH

Dr Matty, Kerry, and Greta were absolutely super, I even got an extra free 200 hair grafts. And a good discount on the original offer. However, there seems to be some difficulty getting an immediate appointment as they are so popular.

Harley Street Healthcare hair tranpslant clinics did a wonderul job. Dr Sohail Alam was extremely patient with me even though i get nervous about things like minor surgery. I really reccomend harley street helathcare, i understand they have a manchester hair loss clinic also for those of you that live up north. Had a hair transplant yesterday by Dr Rafiq. From moment I booked in was made to feel looked after and they helped to calm me down when I was feeling so anxious about it. All the staff at the clinic absolutely lovely and attentive, and Dr Rafiq himself instantly makes you feel confident about what's about to take place. Absolutely recommend.

James was really great at the consultation and went through everything that I needed it was an amazing learning experience for me. I also met with Dr Shuja who was kind enough to spend an hour with me, knowing that I'm an anxious type of person. Dr Rafiq at harley street healthcare is very good surgeon. Having had surgery in the past I'd reccomend harley street healthcare hair transplant clinics for their good aftercare and accessibility to doctors. The procedure was pretty much pain free and the team look after you throughout the day attending to pretty much all of your needs. If you're thinking about getting your temples done then defiantly go with Dr Rafiq, the way he designs the hair line is really nice.
