Dr J & partners saw me through the NHS right to choose service for possible ADHD and ASD. They were professional, thorough and friendly throughout. The process was clearly explained and each practitioner made me feel at ease.

I used Dr J and Colleague for my Autism assessment, it was done under the NHS right to choose service. I found them very thorough and professional and everything was dealt with within a few months (from the start of my journey with them to the end). Highly recommended.

Very quick referral, kind staff who helped me from secretarial/admin team to drs and pharmacists.

Phoned directly on many occasions, staff on the phone rude, unprofessional and everytime I asked a question or reassurance, short blunt response "Send an email' Information was not passed onto clinicians regarding assessments (ie who was going to be on the video calls) lack of communication. Clinicians I had for my ADHD assessment and ASD assessment were fantastic, very understanding and informative 10/10. Admin staff 2/10 as not helpful on the phones.

All the clinicians were great. Any concerns or questions I had were answered appropriately and within a timely manner. Everyone I came into contact with was kind, patient and understanding. They gave me the chance to explain my perspective of things and checked that their understanding aligned with mine. I had a lot of anxiety and hesitation about progressing with my assessments when contacting my GP however Dr J and Colleagues have made me very grateful that I did. I'm glad I chose them as my provider and would recommend them to anyone looking into the right to chose pathway through the NHS.
