I’m honestly stunned by my experience with this company thus far after being sent to them via a GP. I’m currently a uni student who has struggled with being undiagnosed since primary school, only being able to reach out for help when I was 19; i’m now 20. The application process for me, was fairly quick considering it took only 2 months to get my ADHD test and a month for my diagnosis. Although, despite it being a fairly paced process the test was unnecessarily embarrassing for me. First thing I was told when I mentioned other suspicions of mine other than ADHD, knowing it can be confused within women or mistaken for a few things. I was told “you know this is an ADHD test, right?” I was SHOCKED when this was asked. Like, yes? I know..? Not to mention getting up and walking away from the camera when I was in the middle of speaking to “close a window” and said off-screen that I can still talk. I didn’t feel listened to at all, I had felt uncomfortable the entire online session by how the test was treated and approached. What I also find slightly unprofessional is also the prescribers calling from a No-Caller ID out of the blue; this has happened multiple times. This happened on the day I was scheduled to be on a zoom call to receive my confirmation of diagnosis, instead I was called 30 minutes before scheduled appointment on my phone through a no-caller ID and got confirmation through the phone and not a zoom call. Titration length expectancy was fine and understandable, but yet again I had felt let down and felt stupid during the call. I was not informed of a pulse rating alongside the other required readings for the prescription, and even my GP who had helped do my readings was also confused on what they wanted and how they wanted it. I had to tell my prescriber TWO TIMES that I did not own a BP machine alongside my nearest pharmacy being at the GP, being told constantly “you don’t need a GP for a reading” when I was clearly stating my pharmacy is at my GP. I was then expected to catch up a pulse reading the day of the assessment or first thing in the morning next day, despite not being able to at the time and was told if I didn’t I’d have to go through this again. I was not left with any email from the prescriber or details to contact them of updated readings and had to email the company themselves to send it to the prescriber. On my recent appointment about changing prescription, I was expected to buy my own BP machine because of my distance to the nearest pharmacy; when I mentioned I am not financially stable to do so, I was then told “surely your parents can help you afford one” when they cannot. It’s shocking how I was expected to get a machine you will not even use at all. Not to mention, I had to re-do my BP because fair enough my results were slightly high as the pharmacy did it whilst I was trying to rest from walking to the pharmacy. But then I was told that I had to do 3 more readings (despite them knowing I’m a university student and work during the weekends meaning I don’t have space to do 3 readings) before they send my new medication because my diastolic was “high” despite the readings being normal and the metric system stating it was a normal rate. The company, so far, in my experience has been an utter joke and has been nothing but stressful and annoying to deal with.

Think very carefully before choosing this provider. From the very start fo the process they have given wrong information (they said that it is highly unlikely that my application would be accepted) which caused a lot of upset. they also kept me waiting a lot longer than initially outlined and when I complained about this, the reasoning thst they gave was completely illogical and would have beared no weighing on my wait time (they referred to increases in application in April 2025 causing longer waiting times THEREAFTER when my application was put in back in February). Today, after years of wondering, depression, counselling and finally having that all improtant 1pm appointment to find out if I am autistic, they cancel my feedback assessment and fail to find a way to make it happen. They also rebooked my appointment for a week ahead without any consultation with me (I can't make that time). I would consider this company to be uncaring and dismissive of how their decisions and actions actually affect neurodiverse people. I believe that this kind of string of events can trigger a person into depressions and possible harmful actions. I would strongly advise you to find a more responsible company to help you with your assessments who will deliver as promised and not cause repeated distress and frustration.

My mental health is so much worse they give you promises and lies, I was waiting forsix months, and all of a sudden, they told me, I'm gonna have to wait longer much longer, with a cold letter no apology no nothing. Don't go here go somewhere else when you write reviews they just write something to keep you sweet messages and we're help you and then when you message they don't help you I'm just annoyed because all the promises and lies

I recently had a right to choose referral for adhd asd diagnosis and later titration. Could not fault for diagnosis but then nothing went wrong, so nothing for them to sort. Can't really tell a bad company until they have to deal with. I was asked if I wanted to be referred into their new titration service which I agreed to. Big mistake. Clinical partners booked me into multiple sessions. I attended the first session and was asked to supply a weeks blood pressure readings and my latest ECG which I supplied. The clinicians camera wasn't working, I was in and out in 5 mins, had they asked for this when I was booked in, I could have supplied it. On the Friday before my 2nd appointment they cancelled via email saying they had not received my ECG which at this point has been on file for two weeks, I was dismayed to see within 5 mins before my appointment was cancelled, the same staff member who cancelled my appointment had attached another copy of my ECG from my GP. So there are two copies of my ECG on file at the point all my appointments were cancelled, via email, for not having received my ECG. I called to say a copy of my ECG had been on file for weeks and was told that clinical partners don't get notifications when I upload anything, even though I was asked to upload it, and was not told to notify them. They told me it would take 2 weeks to have it reviewed. After 2 weeks I called to chase it, they said still couldn't be reviewed due to shortage of clinicians to review. Eventually 2 months followkng cancellation of my appointments, nearly 3months after I supplied my ECG, they called to book me in, the next day the called me to tell me my blood pressure readings, which had been submitted the same day as my ECG. I raised it as a Complaint following the initial cancellation, the first response they completely ignored my point that the same person attaching my ECG said it wasn't received. Eventually they concluded they were sorry, but they think the person just sent the wrong letter, and directed me to the ombudsmen (don't waste your time, all they can do is ask them to say sorry), My conclusion Do not trust Clinical Partners to manage your medication, they don't have the skills, they don't have the resources, they accept not responsibility for when things go wrong, I dread to think what would happen if I was actually on Meds and they weren't right for me, if it takes 3 months to review an ECG and they can't even find things uploaded to their own portal, you are done for. Go with someone else. I fear that it will take a death before clinical partners really acknowledge it's a problem and it shouldn't be you. Maybe they are better if you are paying them privately? I don't know, don't give these charlatans tax payers money though if they offer you right to choose.

I was called up a couple of days ago by the most sweetest, respectful and helpful person. She put me at ease and was so easy to talk to. She answered my questions and calmed my fears. For someone who suffers with anxiety and finds it hard to speak in the phone, she was perfect. She was professional yet jovial. It felt like I was talking to a friend. I have my appointment coming up very soon and if the experience I had with Evelyn (the lady who booked my appointment) is anything to go by it will be plain sailing.

NHS patients are treated with a lower rate service. Their NHS phone line does not exist, no one answered the phone when I called on multiple occasions to chase the report or my child's ASD assessment. Left messages, needless to say no one came back to me with a response.
