The administration at 132 Harley Street is appalling. I am amazed doctors actually use these rooms. The phone numbers keep changing; you are lucky if someone actually answers; bills are sent out with a massive delay. On three occasions the receptionist didn't seem to know the appointments procedure, causing me to go round in circles, trying to speak to the doctor's correct secretary.
