Efficient, kind, listened. Gave solutions to problems. Arranged help with support garments.
I was seen on time and advised as to why I needed to widen the sizes of stoma bag.I was given a few samples of a narrower barrier fitting to try out. All in all very pleased with my appointment.
Prompt appointment, easy maner, plan for the future.
The advice i received was excellent and it put my mind at rest.
I was able to have a home visit due to a cancellation, I probably wouldn’t have gone all the way into Nottingham for a review when I am not experiencing any problems with my stoma. The appointment was really good and the nurse was lovely.
