The care provided was seamless from start to finish and I cant praise the staff enough. For a patient that was so nervous about the whole process they had a very welcoming and warm approach which put ,e at ease. They were informative and reassuring and it showed that they were professional who actually cared. People in particular I would like to thank are Sonia - the gynecologist doctor, my anesthetist, Jo and the lady who made me and my husband a lovely cup of tea, thank you. Staff like this help restire belief in the NHS after all the negativity that surrounds it.
