I’ve been suffering for almost 2 years with a growth on my jaw which has progressively gotten more painful, I had no idea the surgery carried out such procedures but I attended was talked through what would happen and it was successfully removed looks like a small neat scar I’m very impressed

The only time you can get an appointment within the week is to ring up at 8am in the morning. The staff on the phones try their best, but there seems to be no appointment times. If I have pain, I need to see someone fairly soon. Not in 5 weeks time !!!!!

More appointment times. Maybe week at the weekends !!!!!! Shock, horror.

The nurse that took my blood yesterday was great. Also the doctor I saw the week before to discuss my issues was so amazing and caring. Felt like I was being properly listened to and understood

If you are at the Surgery in person, they are very helpful.
Trying get appointments at short notice is however, a different matter. Due to my working hours, I cannot be on the phone in a queue at 8am which means any daily appointments are gone when I can call.

Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
