The receptionists do a great job in helping with appointments and make you feel like a person.
The dispensary staff are always helpful and nothing is too much bother for them when dealing with my prescriptions. really like the repeat ordering option by email.

Once you get through to someone on the phone to arrange an appointment, they are extremely friendly and helpful. They have numerous Dr's which is great so you can generally be seen the same day. The surgery is extremely busy but the reception staff are always smiling and efficient. The pharmacy staff (great that it is on the premises) are fantastic and if you are unsure of your medication, will take the time to explain it to you. If they don't have it, they go to great lengths to make sure they source it for you in a timely manner.
