The doctor and prescriber were both kind and informative the entire process. I struggled with my first titration -- my prescriber, Sally Newport, was sympathetic, willing to listen, and fully explained my options the entire time.
My only suggestion for improvement would be upgrading the accessibility of the portal while on a mobile device - I found writing notes to be frustrating at times.
